Are there any suggestions for making Low Carb Multi-Protein not so sweet?Updated a day ago

Mixing Low Carb Multi-Protein with water instead of milk may reduce the sweetness. You can also blend it into a smoothie with vegetables (like spinach, cucumber, or avocado) instead of fruit to help balance the flavor.


Other tips that may help:

For Vanilla - Try adding a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to cut the sweetness with a little acidity.

For Chocolate, Cafe Mocha,  or Chocolate Peanut Butter – Try mixing with cold brew coffee, unsweetened cocoa, or a pinch of sea salt

For Strawberry Banana - Try blending with plain Greek yogurt, cucumber, or unsweetened almond milk.


For Salted Caramel - Try blending with plain Greek yogurt or unsweetened almond milk. Also, a small amount of chia seeds or flaxseed can thicken the shake and subtly mute the sweetness without affecting flavor much.
