Should I take Carb Command (formerly IC-5) with a meal if I am only eating fruits and vegetables in that meal? Are fruits and vegetables considered carbs?Updated a month ago

We recommend that you take two (2) capsules of Carb Command with your two (2) largest carb-containing meals of the day. Fruits and vegetables do contain carbohydrates; however, they are less concentrated in carbs than other starches (e.g., bread, pasta, rice, processed foods, etc.). That said, if your two largest carb-containing meals contain fruits and/or vegetables, then it's certainly acceptable to take Carb Command with them.
