We partner with a third-party fulfillment warehouse that manages our order processing and shipping. Because of this, the shipping courier is selected by the warehouse based on your location, delivery speed, and the shipping method you chose at checkout (such as Standard or Expedited).

Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via one of the following couriers:

Canada and International: DHL, or local postal partners

Please note that while you can select the shipping speed, the specific courier used is determined automatically by our fulfillment partner and may vary from order to order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the courier name or tracking link so you can follow your package’s progress.
