When is the best time to take my supplements, before, during, or after my meal?Updated 2 years ago
The "best" time, if applicable, to take your supplement(s) will be specified in the "Directions."
For example, if the directions state to take a supplement "with" a meal, then you may take it immediately before, during, or after eating. If you remember that you did not take a supplement that is supposed to be taken "with" a meal, simply get back on track with your next serving as scheduled.
In the overall scheme of things, the most important thing is taking your supplements consistently in the recommended amounts.
