Are the proteins in BioTrust Low Carb sourced from grass-fed cows?Updated 2 years ago

Yes, the proteins in BioTrust Low Carb are grass-fed. They are 100% domestically sourced from healthy, happy, humanely-treated, pasture-raised cows.

Along those lines, the front of our labels clearly states that we use “Hormone (rBGH/rBST) Free Proteins,” and we elaborate on the back of the label, explaining that BioTrust Low Carb features “Hormone-free proteins derived from dairy cows NOT treated with antibiotics or the genetically engineered hormones rBGH or rBST.” Further, “Our proteins are sourced from dairy farms that proudly comply with the highest standards for animal care.” Also stated on the front and back of the label, BioTrust Low Carb is non-GMO.

While we understand that the words “grass-fed” are not stated on our labels, people want to use grass-fed proteins to avoid these potentially harmful additives—and our proteins do not contain them. We know these are all crucial factors in choosing the highest quality nutrition for you and your body.
