Yes! If you are within the money-back guarantee timeframe, we're happy to help exchange your existing products for other BioTRUST products to help continue you on the path to your health and nutrition goals. Please reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

Notes about Exchanges:

  • Exchange the product you'd like to return, for the same quantity of another product. 
  • Exchanges are not based on the value of the product. 
  • You're not required to return the original product. Keep it. Share it with a friend. Dispose of it. The choice is yours!
  • All exchanges are final. This means that once you receive an exchange, you can’t switch it out for a refund or return the replacement product for credit.
