How can I cancel my Subscribe & Save?Updated 12 days ago

1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com. 
2. Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one. using the same email address used to place your orders.
3. Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu.
4. Click 'View All Upcoming Orders' and select the subscription you would like to cancel and click 'View Order'
5. Under 'Order Summary' on the right side of the page click 'Edit'
6. On the right side of the page you will see a link 'Cancel This Subscription' - click that link to cancel your subscription.

All Subscribe & Save modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before your order is scheduled to be billed.
