- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one. using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu.
- Click 'View All Upcoming Orders' and select the subscription you would like to cancel and click 'View Order'
- Under 'Order Summary' on the right side of the page click 'Edit'
- On the right side of the page you will see a link 'Cancel This Subscription' - click that link to cancel your subscription.
All Subscribe & Save modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before your order is scheduled to be billed.
