How can I purchase my Subscribe & Save product now through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated 16 hours ago
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com. Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Click Manage Subscriptions.
- Your next order will be on the screen for viewing or modification as needed.
- If this is the order you want to process now, click Send now.
- If you want to process individual items on the subscription, click Manage this subscription under the name of the product. Click Reschedule. From there you can change the date to process today.
- Click the back button at the top of the window. You will be returned to the previous screen. The product for which you just updated the date to today will be presented. Click Send now.
- If this is not the order you need to process now, click View upcoming orders on the right. Select Edit for the Upcoming Order to be processed. Click Manage this subscription under the name of the product you want to process. Click Reschedule. From there you can change the date to process today.
*Your order will be processed with the credit card associated with your subscriptions.
