How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save order through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated a day ago
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu
- Near the top of the page you will see your next upcoming order, directly beneath that you will see a link to 'View All Upcoming Orders' - click that link
- Identify the product you’d like to cancel the subscription for and click the link under it labeled 'View Order'.
- On the righthand-side see the Order Summary and click the 'Edit' button next to the product.
- From this page click 'Cancel this Subscription' on the right hand-side of the page.
