How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save order through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated a month ago
Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
Click Manage Subscriptions.
Identify the product you wish to cancel. Click manage this subscription.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Cancel.
Select reason for cancellation.
Click Proceed.
Follow the prompts to complete the cancelation.
