How do I change the flavor of an item in my Subscribe & Save on the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated 5 hours ago

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com
  2. Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
  3. Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu.
  4. Click 'View All Upcoming Orders".
  5. From the View Order page, click 'Edit' next to the product you wish to change and then click 'Swap for Another Product' near the upper right hand-side of the page.
  6. Select the preferred product or flavor and click Save changes.
