How do I change the flavor of an item in my Subscribe & Save on the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated 5 hours ago
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu.
- Click 'View All Upcoming Orders".
- From the View Order page, click 'Edit' next to the product you wish to change and then click 'Swap for Another Product' near the upper right hand-side of the page.
- Select the preferred product or flavor and click Save changes.
