- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com. Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu.
- Your next order will be on the screen for viewing or modification as needed.
- If this is the order you need to delay, click 'View and Manage Order'. Otherwise, click 'View All Upcoming Orders' and then click 'View Order' on the appropriate order.
- From the View Order page, click on the 'More Actions' button to skip or reschedule your order.
