How do I reactivate my Subscribe & Save?Updated a day ago
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com. Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Click Manage Subscriptions.
- Click Manage your subscriptions on the right.
- A list of Active and Inactive subscriptions will populate. Click Inactive to see all deactivated subscriptions.
- Click Reactivate.
- It will now appear at the top of the Active subscriptions list. Click Manage this subscription to modify details of the subscription, e.g., flavor, frequency, shipment date, etc.
- Click Save changes.
