How do I update my credit card information through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated 8 hours ago
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu
- Click on 'View All Upcoming Orders'.
- Click on the order you wish to update.
- To edit your payment method, click 'Edit' next to the payment method found under 'Order Details' at the bottom of the page.
- Select the payment method you wish to use for this subscription.
- If you need to add a payment method click 'Manage Payment Methods' and then on the subsequent page click 'Add' (near the bottom of the page), enter in the requested information, and click 'Save'
Important Note: If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will be attempted.
