How do I update my credit card information through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated 8 hours ago

  1. Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com
  2. Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
  3. Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu
  4. Click on 'View All Upcoming Orders'.
  5. Click on the order you wish to update.
  6. To edit your payment method, click 'Edit' next to the payment method found under 'Order Details' at the bottom of the page. 
  7. Select the payment method you wish to use for this subscription.
  8. If you need to add a payment method click 'Manage Payment Methods' and then on the subsequent page click 'Add' (near the bottom of the page), enter in the requested information, and click 'Save'


Important Note: If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will be attempted.
