How do I update my credit card information through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated 21 days ago
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com. Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Click Manage Subscriptions.
- Click Address & payment details.
- Click Manage payment methods.
- To add a payment method, click Add payment method. To edit a payment method, click Edit next to the payment details.
- Enter all details and click ADD PAYMENT METHOD.
Important Note: If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will be attempted.
