How do I update my credit card information through the BioTrust Customer Portal?Updated a month ago
Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
Sign in. If you don't already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
Select Manage Subscriptions.
Click on Edit Payment Methods.
Complete the required fields.
Click Update.
Important Note: If your most recent order did not process properly due to an error with your credit card, once your credit card is updated, the previously failed charge will be attempted.
