One serving of MetaboGreens is equivalent to about heaping 1 tablespoon. However, this is not intended to serve as a suggested serving size. We recommend using the scoop that is included with the container. 

For reference, the volume of the scoop is 18 cubic centimeters (cc), and the volume of 1 US tablespoon is roughly 15cc.
