The strawberry banana flavoring is part of the “natural flavors.” Although the exact ingredients are the proprietary information of our manufacturer, we can assure you that they are composed of a minimal number of natural, non-GMO ingredients, including ingredients derived from real strawberries and bananas.

Food allergies are generally triggered by the proteins contained in foods, and in some cases, they are triggered by the cross-reaction of plants with pollen. The natural flavors in BioTrust Low Carb contain highly concentrated extracts of the fruits and are likely void of proteins and pollens; however, because this is very difficult to measure, we can’t say definitively whether or not this would be an issue for someone with a sensitivity.
