Is MetaboGreens still gluten-free even with the inclusion of the barley leaf as an ingredient?Updated 8 months ago

While the seed of the barley plant contains the gluten protein, barley grass/leaf does not. MetaboGreens is indeed gluten-free. 

We test our products for gluten using test methods and limits approved by the FDA. In order to be labeled “Gluten-Free,” the FDA requires that a product be less than 20ppm.  Our products are required to meet this limit, and our test results are actually below the detection limit of the test method, which is 5 ppm. In other words, we have tested our products against the FDA regulations for “gluten-free,” and they are less than 5 ppm, therefore, they are considered “Gluten-Free.”
