Our system automatically combines shipments for eligible subscriptions renewing within a 7-day window. This helps minimize packaging and streamline deliveries. If you’d like to change your billing date to avoid combined shipments, you can easily manage your subscription here.
- Visit the My Account tab on Biotrust.com.
- Log into your account. If you don't have an account with us, you’ll need to create one. using the same email address used to place your orders.
- Select 'Subscriptions' from the top navigation menu.
- Select the subscription order you would like to modify and make any necessary changes.
